Class are kept small and modifications are made for students as needed. Classes are 30 minutes long and we meet on Zoom.


Online Class Schedule: 

Sunday - Yoga 6:30PM EST

Monday - Tabta & Core 7:30PM EST

Wednesday - Upper Body 6:30PM EST

Thursday - LCB ( Legs, Core & Booty) 6:30PM EST

Zumba - 7:30PM EST

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor. She is intentional about bringing wellness practices, including yoga therapy, talk therapy, meditation, breathing techniques and energy healing to people who have not always participated in or been invited to these spaces.
