Our classes are small and instructors provide direct feedback. This is ideal to those women who are new or restarting their fitness journey. Our on-demand video library includes full follow along fitness programs ranging from 15-30 minutes. Perfect for busy women. We also have detailed exercise demo videos.

We understand that you have a lot of important roles to play daily. We believe that your most important job is taking care of yourself so you can then show up as your best-self.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Class are kept small and modifications are made for students as needed. Classes are 30 minutes long and we meet on Zoom.

After losing over 100lbs in a year, Kristin's love for health & fitness was born. She specializes in nutrtion & health support for women in bigger bodies.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor. She is intentional about bringing wellness practices, including yoga therapy, talk therapy, meditation, breathing techniques and energy healing to people who have not always participated in or been invited to these spaces.
Mom of 1 with over 8 years in the fitness industry. Passionate about fitness and dance. Certifications include, Zumba instructor, aqua fitness instructor, kids Zumba instructor, pilates trainer, functional fitness, yoga, meditation and women's strength training.
